In addition to our cost-saving packages, we offer flat-rate pricing for our real estate services for commercial and residential images, drone photos and video, 2D and 3D floorplans, 3D tours and complete marketing packages.
Images
We offer simple flat rate pricing for our real estate images. For our 25 hand-blended photo package we charge $145, and for 40 photos we charge $175, with a basic floor plans included. No hidden fees, square footage or travel charges within a 45-mile service area.
Floor Plans
A floor plan is a great way to show the layout of rooms in a building. Added plus:

According to a recent survey, the floorplan is the second most important listing feature homebuyers want to see. Another survey by Rightmove, click-through rates increase by 52% when adding a floor plan to a listing. Real estate agents should consider including floor plans in all their marketing materials.
FiveMedia offers floor plan options with every shoot! We use cutting-edge computer assisted technology to create accurate floor plans that showcase the layout of your listing in way photos don't always convey.
We also offer 2D Black and white floor plans with or without dimensions, 2D greyscale or earth tone floor plans with or without dimensions, and 3D floor plans with or without furniture, with or without colors and textures, and a variety of 3D video renders.
Everyone who buys a FiveMedia shoot package gets a free basic floorplan without measurements. Advanced floor plans start at $50.
Drone Photos
We charge $80 for our 6-drone photo package. Our photographers are FAA Part 107 Certified. This is important! Operating a drone for commercial purposes without a license can result in expensive civil penalties from the FAA (up to $1,100 per occurrence). Ouch. We are professional. We are certified. We keep things legal.
Twilight and Virtual Twilight Photos
We offer both standard twilight photos (taken at dusk) and virtual twilight photos (daylight photos edited to resemble dusk photos). Our virtual twilight photo package is $80 for 4 photos, and our standard twilight photos are $175 for 4 photos.
Videos
Listing video is a fresh, engaging way to are a great way to help prospective buyers get insight into a property before they see it. Adding a video component to your social media presence engages. the audience in a way that photos alone may not do. We offer 60 second videos, which include both standard and drone footage, for just $225. We also offer vertical video for Instagram and Facebook reels for $125.

3-D Tours
Who doesn't love a 24-7 open house that you don't have to be there for? Prospective buyers love 3D tours, especially as the industry moves toward virtual content buyers can access from the comfort of home before seeing in person. Convert at-home shoppers into buyers who show up in person to see your listings. 3D tours are also a good tool to show prospective sellers to generate more listings. Our 3D tours start at just $165!
